Just an Idea

I love Village Bank & Trust and all its affiliates. However, I know that Wintrust/Village Bank & Trust likes to meet its customer in person which I truly like but at the same time Villages Online Banking Needs to improve. The platform needs to change, login area is just too small, the graphical images and colors just don’t work well together. Please compare your Online Banking to your competitors and see if there is money in the budget to put in to online banking to improve the look and the online experience. Rather we like it or not the future is technology and yes I do believe in balancing traditional and NOW ( Future) so this is why I am writing to you. Please just improve your online banking. Everything else for now is wonderful especially your products are excellent.

    I totally agree and hardly wait for these changes to come soon. The colors are not appealing at all and some text sizes should be bigger in order to be easier to read and click on. I would say that these changes are pretty easy to do and are not "time consuming" for a specialist, so it would not cost too much.
    (The question is: does somebody by the Village Bank look at our suggestions?)
